On the first day of operations, they sold out within 35 minutes; within the first week, they sold over 1000 donuts. Now, 20 weeks later, they are opening up their newest location at The Wickham Hotel.
So what makes, these guys different from all the other donut joints that are popping up? Their donuts are light and made fresh every day. They use over 60 kg of lemons a day for their lemon meringue donut, all of which are squeezed from fresh. They also try and use organic produce where available and source their eggs locally from the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The amount of love that goes into their donuts, has not gone unnoticed.
I will admit to eating 4 of these in one day, as they are so light and fluffy. I would recommend trying out their Lemon Meringue and Salted Caramel flavours, my personal favourites. Oh, and let’s not forget how reasonably priced these bad boys are, they will set you back a $4.50. A small price for happiness if you ask me.
