Brunch at Delfina’s Bistro

Delfina’s Bistro launched their new brunch menu over the weekend with dishes that are sure to impress. Some of the dishes on the menu include the Cuban Shredded Beef, Potato Rosti with salt baked salmon and Pumpkin Fritters with bacon and toasted kale. Dishes work perfectly with their award winning Maple Bacon Bourbon Smash, made with pure Canadian maple and topped with fresh bacon. Alternatively, you can opt for a coffee or fresh juice.
