Smoked kingfish with fennel, yogurt and toasted grains
Goats curd pickled cauliflower with toasted sesame and lemon
MAIN:
Duck breast with beetroot, rhubarb and gingerbread
Roast beef fillet with glazed shallots, pommes purée, sautéed mushrooms and red wine jus
DESSERT:
Raspberry parfait with coconut sorbet
Apricot ice cream with caramelised white chocolate and honeycomb
