Treat your loved one to a dinner along the River at Aria Brisbane. Chef Ben Russell has created a special menu for the evening; here is a little taste of what to expect.

ENTREE: 

Smoked kingfish with fennel, yogurt and toasted grains

Goats curd pickled cauliflower with toasted sesame and lemon

MAIN: 

Duck breast with beetroot, rhubarb and gingerbread

Roast beef fillet with glazed shallots, pommes purée, sautéed mushrooms and red wine jus

DESSERT:

Raspberry parfait with coconut sorbet

Apricot ice cream with caramelised white chocolate and honeycomb
