Rush CBD – New Summer Menu

Rush CBD is an events, functions and weddings venue in the heart of Brisbane CBD, they also serve up lunch, dinner and coffee and have recently launched their new summer menu. Rush have introduced a new concept where the customer creates their own meal – their own way. This means that you can select and switch up anything on the menu and that they can cater for pretty much any dietary requirement. We went along to sample the menu and were super impressed by their new concept. Here are some of the dishes from the new menu:

Asian pork spring rolls with spicy handmade chilli sauce

Szechuan coated calamari with an asian dipping sauce

Marinated haloumi cubes

Pan seared scallops with a finger lime dressing

Slow cooked lamb and feta croquette with a spicy paprika sauce

Sizzling chicken fajita with capsicum, onion, refried beans, guacamole and sour cream: served on a sizzling plate – this is a fun create it yourself dish!
