Using El Khabia spices to create simple chicken skewers that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast (diced)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tblsp olive oil
1/2 tsp ground chillis
1 tsp garlic/ginger
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp El Khabia Chicken Tagine Spice Mix
2 tblsp cream
Method
- Wash, drain and dry chicken
- Make paste of spices with cream, lemon juice and ass a tablespoon of oil
- Smear chicken breast and marinate for a few hours (overnight for more flavour)
- Skewer chicken pieces
- Cook on pan or bbq
- Serve with hommus, Lebanese bread and lemon wedges
