Using El Khabia’s Kofta Spice Mix, I created a simple Lam Kofta dish.
Ingredients
500g lamb mince
1 tsp green chilli paste (blend chilli if you can’t buy the paste)
1 medium onion (grated)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp El Khabia Spice Mix
1 tsp crushed garlic
Method
- Add all the ingredients to the mince and put through mincer
- Wrap mince around skewers
- Cook on bbq or alternatively place in oven at 200 degrees Celsius until brown
Serve with hommus, Lebanese bread and tahini
