Located at the Treasury Heritage Hotel, the Lab Restaurant hosts a royal high tea a an affordable price. From the grand dining area to the pastel embellished tea sets, the venue plays the perfect host for a royal high tea.
We were presented with a three tiered platter boasting a selection of quiches, scones, finger sandwiches and desserts. The scones were beautiful and fluffy and the quiches were whole in flavour. For me personally, the sandwiches were a little dry. The desserts were work of art.
The two of us were unable to finish all three tiers. Definitely getting more than your moneys worth for $45 a person. Those amazing high tea is only offered on weekends after 2 pm at The Lab Restaurant.
