The Brisbane Night Noodle Markets are back and we couldn’t be more excited! After their second successful year the markets are back bigger and better than ever. The event is part of Brisbane’s Good Food Month and will run from the 20th of July to the 31st of July so there is plenty of time to get your noodle fix and possibly go back for seconds…. we know we will be! The market will feature 25 stalls each offering various culinary delights.  The following stalls by the group “The Noodle Mafia” will be featuring at the event and serving up some seriously scrumptious food:
Bao Stop
Black Star Pastry
N2
Hoy Pinoy
Lets Do Yum Cha

“The Noodle Mafia” are a group of Sydney and Melbourne boys who are behind some of the most popular food stalls at the Night Noodle Markets. These stalls have become favourites at the Night Noodle Market around Australia and keep the boys very busy. Over the years the owners of these stalls have become close friends and after the rush of the markets each night they like to catch up, socialise and talk-shop. The guys jokingly named themselves “The Noodle Mafia” and it is a name that has stuck as they have bonded over the years, sharing their expertise, tips and tricks with each other. We can’t wait to see what they bring to the markets this year!
There will be lots to choose from so we have some recommendations of past favorites for you:

Black Star Pastry:  teaming up with N2 they are bringing their amazing, life changing watermelon cake and watermelon smash ice-cream.

Lets Do Yum Cha: steamed dumplings and pork buns, as well as the classic spring roll.

Bao Stop:  Trifecta; Fried chicken bao, 3 hour braised pork bao and Peking duck bao. The Peking duck fries are also a must try!
